Bekannter robot appeared in the 12th session of P-MEC&Innopack China

Bekannter (Beijing) Robot Technology Co., Ltd appeared in the 12th session of P-MEC&Innopack China, presenting the multiple parallel robot and the latest product-the so-called “ghost” series 4-axis parallel robot(with a maximum load of up to 30 KG). 

Recently, the reporter Fang Zhen has learnt that the 4-axis parallel robot developed by the company broke through the technical barriers of speed and heavy load, successfully completing the experiment of goods with a load of up to 30 kg. 

Compared with 3-axis parallel robot, Bekannter BKT-QD-1600 4-axis parallel robot has a large working space with XY working diameter of 1600 mm and a vertical height of 700 mm. The load can reach 30kg with no rotation in the grasping and fixed moveable plate. Bekannter is equipped with a four-axis rotating movable plate for the independent patent design, which can satisfy the performance requirement of leavy load and high rigidity. Unique 4-axis rotating movable plate design with no separate rotating axis in the middle is able to achieve the rotation of grasping work through the changes of 4-axis position. 

Compared with traditional serial robots, 4-axis parallel robot has higher design difficulty, high processing precision and a relatively small working space, but is characterized by fast speed, high precision, stable structure and strong bearing capacity. “Used for packaging, packing and palletizing in the production line, this so-called ghost series 4-axis parallel robot supports conveyor belt tracking and placement, which is able to save the installation space.” said CEO Wang Yuechao.
